Terms of service

The short version: buy Fastful once and it's yours to use. Be reasonable with it, don't resell it, and remember it's a timer — not a doctor. The rest is detail.

These terms are an agreement between you and Igor Putina, the independent developer who makes and publishes Fastful ("we", for the friendlier sentences). They cover the Fastful app for iPhone and Apple Watch and the website fastfulapp.com. By using either, you accept them.

The purchase

Fastful is a one-time purchase on the App Store. The price you see at checkout is the whole deal: no subscription, no recurring charges, and all features included. Future updates are included too — if we ever build something so substantial it warrants a separate product, it will be exactly that: a separate product, never a paywall inside this one.

Payment is processed by Apple under Apple's own terms. Refunds are handled by Apple as well — you can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your license

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Fastful on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store rules. It's a license for people, not a product to resell, rent out, or redistribute.

Please don't copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the app except where the law expressly allows it despite this clause.

Not medical advice

Fastful is a timer, not a doctor. It measures time; it does not know your body, your health history, or what's right for you. Nothing in the app or on this website is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Fasting is not appropriate for everyone. Talk to a qualified medical professional before fasting — especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medication, living with a medical condition, or have a history of disordered eating. If you feel unwell during a fast, stop fasting. The decision to fast, and how long, is always yours and your doctor's — never the app's.

Your data

Your fasting history belongs to you and stays on your device. We also collect anonymous statistics about how the app is used — never who is using it, and never the times of your fasts. The details live in our privacy policy, which is short for the best possible reason.

Updates and availability

We may update Fastful to improve it, support new devices and OS versions, or — rarely — change or retire a feature. We aim to make every update feel calm rather than disruptive. Your timer runs entirely on your device, so there is no service that can go down and take it with you — the app keeps perfect time with no network at all.

Warranties and liability

Fastful is provided "as is". We work hard to make it accurate and dependable, but to the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, and our total liability to you for any claim connected to the app or website is limited to the amount you paid for the app.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer protection law grants you and that cannot be waived by contract.

Apple

These terms are between you and Igor Putina, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for Fastful and is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. Where these terms are silent, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies.

The website

The content of fastfulapp.com — text, design, and screenshots — belongs to Igor Putina. The App Store badge belongs to Apple. Feel free to link here, quote reasonably, and tell your friends; please don't republish the site wholesale or pass it off as your own.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. If you live elsewhere, any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence still apply to you.

Changes

If we update these terms, the new version will be posted here with an updated date. Continuing to use Fastful after a change means you accept the new terms.
